Chattanooga, TN newspaper plans to distribute free iPads to subscribers because it goes digital-only six days every week

The Chattanooga Occasions Free Press has introduced that it’s going to spend $4.4 million on iPads to assist subscribers transition to a digital-only model for its newspaper.
