U.S. Determine Skating Pair Is Sued Over Winter Olympics Routine

The band Heavy Younger Heathens accused U.S. Olympic determine skating pair Alexa Knierim and Brandon Frazier of utilizing its music with out permission in a routine on the Beijing Winter Olympics, in line with a lawsuit filed Thursday.

The group is suing the duo, NBC and U.S. Determine Skating, for copyright violations over the pair skating to the band’s model of “Home of the Rising Solar.”
