Quickly after the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, Brian Schultz sat all the way down to suppose.
“If I had a white piece of paper and I used to be going to start out a brand new firm, what would I do in a different way?” he remembers asking himself.
This line of pondering wasn’t uncommon for Schultz, the CEO of Look Cinemas.
Schultz, 52, helped pioneer the idea of the dine-in movie show as founder and longtime CEO of Dallas-based Studio Film Grill, rising from one theater in Dallas in 1993 to 35 areas in 10 states, with a
