Hundreds of film theaters can be providing tickets for simply $3 on Saturday because the cinema trade makes an attempt to attract in clients over a lengthy weekend that usually doesn’t see a whole lot of movie-goers.
The Cinema Basis, a nonprofit linked to the Nationwide Affiliation of Theater House owners (NATO), is launching the inaugural Nationwide Cinema Day. Over 3,000 film theaters are taking part by providing $3 tickets to clients of all ages. That’s a steep low cost, as nationally the common U.S. film ticket was $9.16 in 2019.
